Free trial
Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. If you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- Partial months are not refunded, and features keep working until the month ends
Yearly plans
- If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment, you receive a full refund
- After 14 days, you can cancel renewal and keep using the plan until the year ends
- Unused months after the first 14 days are not refunded
Plan changes
When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. When you downgrade, the new price starts from your next billing date.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full once it is confirmed.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
