What counts as an order?
Any order placed in your store during the billing month, whether or not Sweanzystore was involved. Refunded and cancelled orders are not counted.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Nothing switches off. If you pass your limit two months in a row, we will let you know and suggest the next plan.
What is included in the free trial?
All features on every plan for 14 days, so you can see what each one earns before choosing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and downgrades from your next billing date.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
